Pick: Hamburg (+0.25) Result: 2:4 Stake: 8/10 Odds: 1.61

I do not really trust Leverkusen and their actual form. They can be happy that Cologne wasted some chances, otherwise Leverkusen wouldn´t have won the last game. Surely their away-run is impressive but in my eyes there is a little difference between what is on the paper and what are real facts. They are a bit overrated at the moment. Although given the fact that I absolutely dislike Hamburg, they will not loose at the weekend. Odds are ok for me as Hamburg has (except Petric) no really important missings.

I think here is some value on the homewin. Bochum has rediscovered their form and it´s not a secret that they could overtake many teams in the table if they would be more stable. Seems that they´re on the right way for now. Opponent Osnabrueck is a team I like, they´re sympathic. Nevertheless they´ve lost six out of seven awaygames. The problem is that you cannot always talk about bad luck, at one time or another you recognize that it is also some kind of incapacity. No really important missings on both sides. I have to play the homewin alternative due to these odds.

Even if it could be more a friendly-game for Barcelona, they should be bigger favourites in this match. Who cares about the fact that Rubin hasn´t lost against Barcelona during the last two years? Barcelona absolutely is on a top-level now with 7 wins in a row and 30:3 goals, unforgotten the 5:0 at home vs Madrid. According to my information Guardiola will rest Xavi, Alves, Pedro, Villa and Keita. But this team is working so well at the moment that this will not give me a "stay away" from this bet. And don´t forget, Barcelona has an open account with Rubin. When, if not now should they celebrate their first victory vs Kazan? Homewin, in my eyes most likely with two or more goals difference because Rubin cannot play very defensively all the time, they need the points.

Pick: Hertha (+0.25) Result: 1:0 Stake: 8/10 Odds: 1.68

Value here on this bet in my eyes. Hertha definitely have the best staff of all teams in this league and I think after their two losses in a row they will be very motivated. Coach Babbel can deal with this situation although he knows that the pressure now is on his team. Opponent 1860 have some good players and especially some really good talents but they are not so stable that they really would have a chance to play for relegation into Bundesliga. Surely Hertha is missing some players but in my opinion they have enough "key-players" to get three points here.

Pick: St Pauli (+0) Result: 1:0 Stake: 10/10 Odds: 1.80

Despite the different form of these both teams I have no doubts that St Pauli will not loose here. So 1x on the homeside would be a "save" bet in my eyes, AHC+0 I have to play because the odds are tempting. Kaiserslautern is not that good like the last results would reveal, they will be brought back to earth today or at least in the next games I think. On the other side St Pauli deserved more in their last games. The only thing I´m a bit frightened of is their use of the chances, but also in this case I think that they´ll improve. No important missings for both teams.

Bayern isn´t in such a great form the last results pretend. And, by the same token, Gladbach is underrated at the moment. So my intention to take this bet here is that Gladbach will go or be infront in this game and then wait for counter-attacks. In general I feel that the odds are too low on Munich, they still have some problems both in defense and offense. Gladbach have to realise their scoring opportunities then this bet will have a chance to be successful.

Pick: Mainz (+0) Result: 1:0 Stake: 8/10 Odds: 1.87

Freiburg without six men and especially Butscher´s miss is a disadvantage for them. Mainz will only be without H Müller. Mainz have won every away-game so far and I expect them to show a strong performance again. I will not overrate their loss vs Dortmund because Dortmund played nearly excellent that day. Today´s opponent Freiburg isn´t able to bring such a strong performance on the pitch. I think that Mainz will begin to play out from a solid defense, because Freiburg have some quality up in front. Mainz will be able to take advantage of Freiburgs weaknesses in defense. Mainz´ players have a very high input in general, every part of the team is going long ways and with this they´ll put Freiburg´s players under pressure.

Homewin, most likely with two goals difference. Werder showed a good performance during the first 30 minutes against Nuremberg. Even I would say that it was their best part-performance of the season. Like in their cup-game in Munich they missed too many opportunities so that a strong Nuremberg came back into the game. All these things happen in such a situation Werder actually is in. They haven´t got the stability you need to get the three points with confidence. But in my eyes Werder´s current shape is better than media talk about. If Werder will begin like against Nuremberg they shouldn´t have huge problems to win this match. Twente on the road mostly means no great success. Werder really have become better in comparison to the first leg vs Twente and also there Werder was not the poorer team. I assume that Werder will win by something like 2:0 or 3:1 goals.

Homewin. Everton have gone better and better into form. After a deserved win vs Liverpool (2:0) they catched up one point on the road at Spurs (1:1). Good news as Mikel Arteta will be fit to start for the Toffees. Stoke is a physical strong team but Everton too. Everton can put Stoke under pressure and they are stable now in my eyes. At the beginning of the season this bet wouldn´t have been a good option, these days you can rely on Everton I think.

Next over-game in my opinion. United´s defense does not look save these days. I thought with both Vidic and Ferdinand United would become better and better in defending but that´s not the case. With Tottenham there is an opponent which can create danger with G Bale, P Crouch, L Modric and so on. Coach Harry Redknapp said that they´ll play an offensive approach. Spurs also have more weaknesses in defense than in offense. Also here I expect an open game with small advantage for United. Most likely results are 2:1, 2:2, 3:1.

I cannot understand the odds here. Why should Kaiserslautern be such a favourite here? I think odds around 2.50 on the normal HW would be more fair. In general Gladbach have a better side than Kaiserslautern, definitely more individual quality. Further on they are a very good counter attacking side. If you have seen the last games of Kaiserslautern then you could see that they make mistakes and have problems with teams which can swift fast from defense to offense. Gladbach for sure have conceded too many goals and this is the reason for only 4/10-stake. But take a look at their last games, they were not that bad. I have to play this bet because the odds are by far too high.
